Ease of use and availability of product. I really love how quickly I was able to find and purchase what I was looking for.

We ordered the same book from 2 sellers at the same price in the same order. 1 came quickly and was exactly as expected. It matched the image. The other came about 5 days later and was the older printing. It didn't look like the image. Both books had the same name, but the image was of the 2004 publishing and one book was 2004 and one was 1996.

I quickly found the book I was looking for and it was easy to order.
