Your book company, prices and delivery are top notch, but maybe you should find a better carrier. The USPS is very unreliable; we're on a rural route and sometimes we don't get mail for over a week. Packages get lost, don't come promptly and sometimes look mishandled. We have to take any important mail to town. This started when DeJoy was appointed.
It was a good experience. The books came fast except for one which took longer than I was expecting other than than that it was great.
