Always great quality books even though they're used

Providing the correct books arrive, I'll be extremely happy

Having placed many books orders, I have never been disappointed with Alibris' service and pricing. It remains my number one go-to for book shopping.

I received my book on time just before my first day of class. I needed to find the book Remedies: Examples & Explanations, and there was no other bookstore that carried it at a good price. Alibris sold the book for less than other bookstores, and I'm glad I found it in time for school.

Search functions work well and the filters make it easy to get to a selection with a book I want, in a condition I want, from a vendor that is reliable.

Books were in reasonable condition, however the title from Half-Price Books, advertised as Very Good, was in fact Very Poor with greyed pages and a bad smell.

I then had to take my time to repack and return it, stand in line at the PO, and pay return postage.

How about HONEST appraisals of the books?

It was a fair price and book is said to be in good condition. It seems like a good deal. I will get more books here for savings.

Easy to search, easy to evaluate the various copies available.

I often want a book that I've discovered that is no longer reprinted. This sometimes makes things a little tricky! But Al Libris always lists the books in the actual condition that they are in (unlike some ebay and other listers) and stands by the sales they broker. It is always my first go-to!

I's generally able to find the eclectic out-of-print items I'm seeking at discounted/reasonable cost; Alibris is generally my first "go-to" listing service, even before Amazon!

Ordered a book for my husband's birthday and while the condition said "very good" it was actually excellent! He was thrilled. I've ordered books from Alabris before, never disappointed. If you need a title that's out of print, Alabris will probably have it.

I've been using Allergies Books for a number of years now. They always have what I'm looking for.

Took a few weeks to receive the book. I was surprised. The carrier did not receive it for at least a week. I am ok with that, I suppose, but it left me wondering if the seller had the book in their possession, or did they run around and find a copy from another provider. Bit mysterious.

You show items for sale that are not available. Bummer. Ordered two items from the same store for combined shipping. Now i got more shipping expense from another co. Not good.

I can usually find what I'm looking for fairly easy. Selection available is outstanding. Alibris is always the first place I look.

Item well described (sometimes DVDs can be from other regions, so region specification made identification easy). Shipping cost appears reasonable.
