Happy so far with finding and selecting books. Prices are very reasonable. A little taken aback by shipping costs which you could better prepare the buyer for.

I'm totally satisfied with the experience of ordering books from Alibris. There was a good selection of books, especially mysteries which are my favorite!

Site is easy to navigate! It's easy to refine my searches. I appreciate being able to keep books out of landfills and give them a second life while patronizing small businesses instead of enriching the giant retail monopoly that starts with "A".

Easy to order. Enjoyed looking at the books that are available. Great website. I ordered 3 books of the same title for gifts. I was disappointed with one of them. It wasn't the good labeled that was stated it was. The cover looks like it had gotten wet. I kept it for myself. Other than that I'm enjoying ordering through Alibris.

Myh parcel was tracked and seemed to go all over the U.S. before showing as being delivered to an address in Cypress, California. At this point it looked like the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address. However, a few days later the tracking showed that it was on the move again and instead of being shipped up the West Coast to Vancouver, it was shipped to the East Coast. The parcel finally arrived this morning, December 9. After having 2 copies of the same book go astray (different suppliers), you can imagine my concern when the book was delivered to Cypress, California.

I received my order today. It took a little longer than normal. However, the real issue is that one of the DVD's I received (Murder in the First) had a very good case but, there was "No" DVD in it! So, I would Appreciate it if you would let the seller know & they fix it or, refund my money for the movie. Other than that, I have no problem or issue with doing business with you at all! Thank you in advance for your attention to this.

Every time I shop here it says enter coupon code- I have no coupon I have no code I have no way of finding coupon even though I am a repeat repeat repeat customer there still is no coupon to be found why don't you mail me the code and take better care of repeat customers not to be angry but there simply is no coupon

First time shopper and enjoying the experience. The first two books ordered arrived in great condition and in a timely manner.

Books easy to find, entire process worked very, very well. Purchase completed in less than 5 minutes, including setting up an account.

I ordered three cookbooks, and they were shipped promptly, well-packaged, and received undamaged. All three books were in very good or like new condition, as described. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience, and plan to order again from Alibris.

Great prices and easy to navigate website. I found the book I was looking for at 1/3 the price of the same used item on Amazon.

Alibris has always been my favorite go-to for books and music I can't find elsewhere. With one exception, my experience with Alibris has always been EXCELLENT!

So happy I found Alibris and can obtain books from sources other than Amazon. While time from order to delivery can be a bit long and shipping seems a bit high for print materials, they have great availability, especially for older books.

This is an awesome sight to find hard to find books. I checked this book out at the library and thought that I need to add this to my study library because I wanted to mark in it. Thanks for having this rare book available. You all are awesome!

Shipping estimate way off. Also had issues with prices jumping around, not being able to select the announced price …

I had heard about Alibris for years but it never occurred to me to shop there. Until, that is, after complaining about the cost of CDs a friend said to give it a try. I'm sooo glad I did! Exactly what I was looking for, and more(!), at incredible prices. I'm very happy with Alibris.

Easy process!
I do wish there was a more efficient way to select the book based on the shipper so that I don't have books coming from multiple different places when one store may have all of them I want
