Advertised video was ordered, but later determined to not be in stock. Disappointed with the lack of organization and record keeping.

It went from Blaine, Washington to Illinois to Nevada to 2 places in California, then back to Seattle, Washington and finally to me in Anchorage, Alaska. It took 4 weeks for some mysterious reason.

The book arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Thanks!

Can't compare price + shipping easily esp when ordering multiple books. Also, hard to find series of books. Had to use Amazon to do that, then switch to Alibris to place orders for individual books.

I thought it would be difficult to find books on Christian Counseling, even on Alibris. You had all three books I was looking for.

Finding used books by author and title was quick. The images of the publications made it easy to see if my search was effective.

The ordering was easy. The shipping is expensive. The condition of a book I received was not as good as I expected. The spine is very stiff and I am concerned the pages will come loose

Lost my cart when I signed in. One book had disappeared off the site when I tried to find it again. Super frustrated. Signing in should not cause you to lose what's in your cart.

I am disappointed with 2 of the companies that sell through Alibris. I appreciate how Alibris has handled the situations. They have been understanding and dependable in their handling of the situations.

I've had issues getting CDs shipped by other vendors for months until I found Allibris. CDs were packed and protected properly and the CD cases were delivered in one piece (no dents, cracks, or damages).

Great deals. Shipments are timely. Everything is in the condition stated online. Easy to find anything you need.

I can find books that I can't find anywhere else, at good prices and always arrive in condition described. My favorite go to place for books.

You promised a $5.00 coupon if I gave my email address, which I did. I wanted to apply it to my purchase. When I could not find the coupon, I placed my order anyway, without the coupon code. NOT HAPPY.

Desired a used item, a Blu Ray, received on time and once again discovered used item in perfect condition, better than used rating would suggest. Big savings over brand new!

Love Alibris. I can always find what I'm looking for. Have sent books to fam as well. I fall in love with a new writer and get to ordering. Books are always in great condition.

There were two similarly priced copies of the book. One was "good" and was the "recommended" copy. The other was "very good" but was not the "recommended" copy. This was confusing and cost you one star.

I couldn't find the spot to put in my coupon codes and Shipping is kinda a little outrageous costing 6x what I am spending just on paperback books
