The book I received was listed as Very Good, yet half of the pages were seriously dogeared with the corners still down, and there was writing throughout. It also had the wrong cover. I was very disappointed. I returned the book.

I received the title ordered. The envelope was in good condition, but the book's binding was torn or separated from the cover. I sent an email on April 4 to the email address on my Alibris receipt about next steps. Since I have not received a response, I have submitted a refund request through the Alibris website. I am returning the book received and requesting a refund. I am hopeful the refund process will go smoothly.
