If I'm unable to find a book at my local bookstore and they can't order it for me, I can usually get it through alibris!
I haven't actually seen my book yet. It was delivered to someone who's going to bring it to me in about a month. So, any comments I make now can only be with respect to the options and opportunity to purchase and the process following my selection, up until the delivery. My only real complaint is in regards to the tracking. The DHL site led me to believe that my package was going to another destination and that it had been delivered about 10 days before it was actually delivered. So there was a period of concern about where my book was or if it was actually going to arrive. I did assume that if it did not arrive that Alibris would be accommodating.
Good and reasonable prices, well organized, easy to use, has needed relevant information---every time!

Purchased book May 2. Book arrived May 25. It seems weird that things used to arrive in 1-2 weeks but now ever since promises of 2 day shipping, regular shipping is extended to 3.5 weeks. The Book is in great shape. Only reason for 4 stars is I would have appreciated communication from seller about delivery time.
