I had previously ordered the same book (50 Shades of Chicken), which had arrived earlier this month damaged. It was in the mailbox with the outer plastic envelope ripped, and several pages of the book crumpled and torn. Because it was intended as a birthday gift, I ordered a second one of the same book to replace this one, and this most recent book arrived unharmed. I think that the first book I ordered went out from the sender in fine condition, and the fault was with the post office / delivery service handling of that book in transit. At least the second time worked well - and arrived just in time to be the birthday gift.
