Ordered my book before going on holiday, not expecting it to arrive before I left-but it did- and I'm reading it now, while on vacation!

Trouble free purchase, I don't know what else to add! Oh it took me no time at all to order and I've ordered a few books here and never had any problems.

Pretty good. I do not purchase books from Thriftbooks because they are not honorable booksellers. I appreciate the alternatives offered by Alibris. I DISLIKE Alibris tracking, which is spotty at best

Shipping price change significantly at checkout (Canada). The email says $5 off $50 - This is only true in USD. The email flow should be split based on location. I work in email marketing - would be happy to talk with you guys to improve your email marketing channel.

I have been finding all kinds of great old music that I have purchased and lost over the years. I am also happy to be supporting some great used bookstores that still hold so many gems. I have been recommending this site to all my friends as a great alternative for used books and music.

I had a difficult time finding the Restless Mind book by Peter Lawler, so thank you for making it available and notifying me. There was quite a bit of underlining in the book; however, no matter since obtaining a copy of the book itself was most important to me. Thank you again.

I was pleased to see new paperbacks in the same price range as used books from a location close to me (faster shipping.) Perhaps used book sellers could consider lowering their prices, because I actually prefer the idea of buying used.

Alibris has an EXCELLENT USER FRIENDLY, easy to naviagate and wide variety of books. And also offers books which are related to what you are interested in. Great work. Especially now days when the internet is a giant hassle. Thanks for your excellent work. Also shipping was great last time. :)

Alibris is a great option for hard to find books. Easy search process for books, great prices and fast delivery. Our go to place for literature.

I searched far and wide for the game changer series by rachel reid and ofc due to the popularity of the show, it was practically sold out everywhere. I found alibris and ordered during the weekend which came with really great discounts so i got my books for the cheapest i could find them anywhere! I ordered right before christmas and they came after ~2 weeks which is still pretty good considering the busy holiday season. The only thing is that i wish there was more protective packaging.

Unfortunately the books are old so the pages are yellow and it is harder to read than I had wished but did not stop me. Shipping was more than the books, LOL so that was a little sad. I will be more careful in future cuz don't like paying for shipping when they are little paperbacks. Shipping books is cheap! But I was charged $21 for three paperbacks. When it should have been cheaper for sure.

It's always very easy to find the stuff we're looking for at Alibris. Checkout is secure and fast. I can always count on Alibris to have the titles I go hunting for. Since I work long hours during the week, there generally isn't time to visit the library and keep a book out, never gets finished that way.

My 1st order was fine. It took a little longer than expected, but not long enough to complain. However, I was gifted an order for Christmas and the packaging was horrible. One of the books was damaged.

I love Alibris. I'm in two book clubs so I try to find used books to save money. Many of our selections aren't available at libraries. Best way to buy books.

Unfortunately the disc was loose inside the case when I opened the package, which could have caused some of the scratches on the disc. It would be nicer if they made sure the disc was properly secured and maybe added a little more bubblewrap.

It was easy to find and purchase the books I wanted. The shipping took a day or two longer than I would have preferred, but this was understandable, given the holiday rush.
