A couple different heavy hardcovers I ordered were shipped in thin plastic envelope without any padding resulting in damage to the very good quality "used" books. Hope that doesn't happen to this order of R.C.Sproul: a Life which is in "like New/fine" condition!... P.S. Just some styrofoam padding would protect the corners! Thanks, Dave Cumby

You sent me separate emails that my choices were out of stock. And somehow I received several cds anyway. Now I have to return them because when you said they were all out of stock I went to another vendor and ordered them. I will not be doing business with you again as it is such a hassle.
I am suprised this company asked for feedback. When I tried to get help for a late package, the only answer the customer service agent, Rahul Soni, had was to check my property, that is it. Even after I said it wasn't at the address! I was lost for words, is Alibris going to just take my money and run now?
He could have directed me to try contacting the courier--which resolved the problem... thanks for the product I guess.
