Is this some weird bait and switch where Alibris says "You need to confirm your order arrived" in order to get you to fill out a survey? This is really weird and makes me uncomfortable. The free shipping is confusing. I was encouraged to spend $21+ more for free shipping, but an $18 shipping charge appeared during checkout, than when the final total was presented from PayPal after checkout, the largest shipping charge was deducted.
