First time ever on this site and had no trouble finding what I needed or checking out.

It was fast & easy and it was very reasonable-no shipping!

Alibris NEVER lets me down! If there is a book, in existence, Alibris WILL find it for you! I have been using Alibris, for about 15 years. I always get what I need. Keep up the great work!

I am on a quest for some very unique books. I choose Alibris for they have multiple titles that I am seeking. Sometimes they are not available here, but I check here first most of the time because of success from past purchases

I put in for a search of a old old book and here it is about 1 week later. They have it. Book about extreme institutionalize racism throughout Britain in the 70s and 80s.

I was dissatified that a book I needed right away was still being advertised but in actuality the book listed was not available. I think that once an item is no longer available, the listing should be taken off the website. It was very misleading. And, as a matter of fact, the advertisement is still on your website.

Poor checkout very confusing not user friendly... learn from Amazon

Books I ordered came earlier than what the order details said.

Prices have gone up... more than expected, discount coupons are not as useful (enough) as before...

Good site, easy to use... wish you would have more similar items listed after item added to cart and that shopping cart could flag if you select item more than once= qty 2, as can be challenging to remember if you already selected book if you find it in 'similar items'= hadn't planned on purchase until you were alerted to its availability. Very much appreciate coupon codes, wish shipping was tallied before you get all the way to payment screen, but not that much of a deterrent... unless shipping is more than book purchase ( then have to decide if worth total price... usually is tho) Thanks for reading, take care

Additional- I understand that most sellers are using a standard shipping... but do wonder why there is not an option to ship "book rate" through USPO... as if I did not want book ASAP, I would be willing and glad to have less cost for a few more days wait

Took under 5 min to pick a book to my satisfaction.

It was a little difficult to determine legit books from opinion books. Perhaps the original books could be separated somehow from the originals. I found exactly what I was looking for in the end... now to see if I selected them correctly!

There are no descriptions of the contents of the books.

Very cheap prices, said shipping would be $0 and still cost but was a lot less than expected overall and i saved a lot

It was a bit harder to change my shipping address than necessary. I had to go back in and delete the old address, just updating the address wasn't enough.

Cannot check out in chrome. Login doesn't work. Login only works in Safari. I can never get to the checkout in Chrome. I always have to finish checkout in another browser. Seems buggy.
