I spent way too much time trying to get the free shipping for an order over $39 to be applied. I just decided to make the order and then fill out your contact form to see if you would reverse them. But once I placed the order, the shipping charges were removed. Why not remove them before processing the payment? Frustrating! There is no way to verify before paying that the charges will be removed.

Found it very difficult to navigate throughout your offerings. Too many foreign selections mixed in with the English versions. Need to offer more filters to weed out foreign language and fiction vs nonfiction (ie. Tom Clancy & Clive Cussler). Nice trick with the gold stars. Can't shift them from 5 down to 3.
The site is much easier to use than it has been in the past.
