The website signing in after selecting the books I wanted completely erased what I had chosen. I had to start all over. The estimated shipping cost before displaying no cost stressed me out a little. Outside of that, I found the books I wanted and from the same location. So hopefully the book will all come in one delivery.

Very good, large images of books in menu, easy to toggle from menu of books to wish list to cart. Clear instructions to deal with these matters.
You have to make that Shipping Address area more prominent - it's really easy to overlook it and ship the order to someone in your past that you may or may not have said some harsh words to and threw them out of your house and deflated their tires.
This ordering went very fast, very user-friendly site.
