You promised a $5.00 coupon if I gave my email address, which I did. I wanted to apply it to my purchase. When I could not find the coupon, I placed my order anyway, without the coupon code. NOT HAPPY.
Desired a used item, a Blu Ray, received on time and once again discovered used item in perfect condition, better than used rating would suggest. Big savings over brand new!

There were two similarly priced copies of the book. One was "good" and was the "recommended" copy. The other was "very good" but was not the "recommended" copy. This was confusing and cost you one star.
I couldn't find the spot to put in my coupon codes and Shipping is kinda a little outrageous costing 6x what I am spending just on paperback books

Chose the condition I wanted and the closest locations to me (which I like to be able to see). Ordering was quick and easy, and accomplished it on the first try! I'm in the US, but wanted a book that could only be found in the UK for some reason. If I had ordered it directly from the UK to the USA, I would have paid a lot of shipping. Somehow Alibris got it to me for only five bucks. It was sent using one of those "UPS Mail Innovations" partners, and took a while, but the price was right so I'm not complaining.
