Need to see what the shipping cost are per seller to choose optimally for shipping and keep costs down…I'm assuming their is a quantity weighting discount in using one seller vs several. Therefore a sort by book title/author AND seller would be VERY helpful, if my assumptions are correct, I'd like to know.

The $5 is in bold--to be fair the "qualifying" should also be in bold. The impression one gets is that if you sign up to receive emails you get $5 off your initial order.
