I wish that it didn't add the shipping total for books that are qualified for free shipping. It removes them right before you place the order, but it is still confusing whether you have qualified or not when looking at your cart.
I tried to log in using my Cornell address. I was rejected so I asked to have an update for my password and tried three times over the course of two hours and got nowhere. So I used another non-Cornell address and registered as a guest. This was a waste of my time.
