The site rendered poorly on my iPhone using safari. I had to click several times to find a view from which I could add books to my cart.

Once I had a cart, though, I choose alibis over abebooks because you made it easier to check out without creating an account. I was then delighted to see you had PayPal integration, so I didn't have to track down my wallet and enter credit card details.

I've had a good history, but the last couple times I've placed orders they have been wiped out & I needed to start from the beginning & re-enter all 27 book...

Alibris always carries a wide selections of books to shop for.

Found the book I was looking for and a discount coupon, additionally got free standard shipping...

The order process was easy and efficient. Hoping the book is as it says and that the experience will be as pleasant and easy as the ordering process was.

Too hard to navigate. Especially regarding coupon code. So I was not able to take advantage of any of my Alibris awards. Also ambiguous due to I want to order as a guest, only to save time because logging in takes too much time so it was a little bit cumbersome took me a long time and I ordered two books but sent to two different places so I hope I only get billed for two books. Thank you
