The shopping experience is fine, selection is great, however, in the past rec'd some dvd's that didn't work, one seller replaced immediately, but 2nd seller gave me a hard time. As a result, haven't used Alibris for some time now but willing to try it one more time.
Generally okay, but I've had a couple of negative experiences. The DVD I ordered did not work at all and once when I was charged for a DVD but it never arrived. It was then left to me to try and track it down; the seller was not very helpful and did not offer to reimburse me (for a movie I never received).

Very positive, except that once I started checkout it kept showing shipping costs when I qualified for free shipping. It did, at the end, show that to be so.
On the page when I clicked "buy this item" I did not see the condition of the item (good) shown.

Same search returned varying replies had to exit system and re-enter to get the book (e-book) youpreviously showed me some bug in your system

"Second edition" appeared in an earlier screen where I selected "Add to cart". "Second edition" did not appear subsequently in review-to-confirm screen. So, I have faith that the second edition is in fact the one I will receive.

Your system does not offer me the opportunity to order more than 1 of the same textbook. It's very frustrating to need 20 books and have to order them one at a time.
Frustrating navigation, couldn't figure out how to order more than 1 quantity of the same book.
