I shopped your site and put four books in my cart. When I went to check out, the site asked me to sign in, which I did. However, when I did that, I lost the contents of my cart. That was a real problem for me today, because I had shopped many hours ago, and just now got back to finishing up. All the books I ordered were from friends' wishlists on Amazon. When I put the books in your cart, I told Amazon to mark them purchased, so they disappeared, forever, from my friends' lists. I was only able to reconstruct one of the four titles. Now, my friends' lists are incomplete, and I have to tell them that I messed them up. Amazon has no way of retrieving the information, and you have no way of reconstructing my cart from before I signed in. Also, because I had not used my Alibris account in decades, it had the wrong addresses for me, and it took me three different attempts before the changes showed up in my order. All in all, a very unsatisfactory shopping experience.

I thought I changed payment method from PayPal to my card, but it went through PayPal anyway. I guess it's okay for this time.

Only problem I have is that I can't use more than one coupon. I'm a poor college kid; getting a little extra money off to get some quality Bible books would help a lot.

Quick, efficient process - much easier than Amazon

Changing my shipping address to my billing address was hard to do.

The search feature worked well. Finding the edition I wanted from the store I wanted was also quite easily accomplished

As a researcher, I use this site to find books all the time. Love it.

I see this book goes through Thriftbooks, I looked there first because shipping is way less, am customer. Can u chg me less for shipping? Hate it when shipping cost twice as much as P. O.

I have submitted an email describing what seems to be an abnormally high shipping rate for a 0.99 cent paperback book from Owl Books of Ohio. Please examine the record of my order to confirm my complaint.

Great experience. Found what I wanted in very good condition from a five-star seller for $2.35. It would have cost $45 on Amazon. That's the difference between reading the book and not reading the book.

Your shipping rates seem high. I found a coupon and had to start over.

Your shipping rates are killing me. I want to buy only through you but I'm paying 2-3 times as much for shipping as for the book themselves. You become a subsidizer of the USPS. I would be willing to wait longer for delivery of my books if shipping costs were more reasonable. More than 2/3rd my total bill did not pay for books in this order. It's outrageous.

Easy to navigate. Always find books I'm looking for.

Easy ordering process, even on a smartphone with bad internet! I avoid Amazon whenever possible; thanks for the alternative.
