I am a long-time fan of your site with one glaring exception - your refund process. Sadly, you have a high number of sellers who knowingly ship a substandard item, hoping the buyer will just accept it as is, rather than fight for a refund. A perfect example is order #*******, which I ordered in Like New condition. The book received is not even close to Like New, and arguably not even VG, yet you expect ME to pay to return ship?! Stop blaming the credit card companies, and issue a pre-paid return label upon receipt of photos substantiating that the book received is not as advertised.
Timely shipping and most of the used books have actually arrived in new condition.
