Alibris.com is like having the rare/used book store of your dreams waiting down the street for you to search for the book you decided you must have.

Quick and easy. Did not require me to create a password and an account.

Alibris is very helpful. Its a valuable service to find resources, dated or not, that I come across in my reading. And, the books arrive in better condition than I sometimes expect, and the providers have been reliable. Yes, I'm a more than satisfied consumer who finds myself returning frequently to check the availability of something new to me that I've learned about.

Shipping information needs to provided up front. It comes as a surprise at the checkout.
I thought your price was lower than the others but only to be surprised with shipping charge at checkout.

Creating a password did not give me the option of creating a user name.

The checkout process was cumbersome. There should be a drop-down for State names, and the zip code option should be stated as just the 5-digit zip code because adding the +4 seemed to present difficulties.
