I am a bookseller at Alibris. I am signed in as a seller without a problem. But I was unable to sign in with my account (username and password were rejected for no discernible reason) when I tried to check out, so I had to check out as a guest.

There was no provision to use tax exemption and it took far too long with far too much effort, just to save less than a dollar! Further, it would seem that a simple phone call would no only same me time, but would save you time AND money, as well.
