The bill-to address autopopulated incorrectly and there's no way that I can discover that would allow me to correct it. Very frustrating. This is the 2nd time this has occurred; yet the order still goes through. That the bill-to name and address are both incorrect without this generating any kind of problem suggests some serious security deficiencies on your platform.

I understand that there are independant booksellers on your page. But what is listed here as fair or acceptable, may not be listed on your competitors websites. From my thinking that means that either you have a more loyal customer base or books may not be accepted on other websites.
One thing that could also be a cause for general price discrepancy is that this website has higher charges for shipping.

Answer: I saw the fake stellar reviews and did not dig deeper. I til... I had an issue. Initially, I wanted to give a small seller some business after COVID and the site looked really good. What a big mistake that was! Shame on this outfit.
