When I tried to save money using the Alibris saving option which switched vendors I actually had to pay more money because the shipping price on the vendor that was chosen by you was more. I doubt I will use that option again!

The website was glitching when trying to place an order with my account, continually saying it could not charge my card in spite of the fact that everything entered was correct - then my card was charged 4 times for the same purchase and my bank blocked my card. Then when I contacted alibris for assistance, my alibris account was blocked as well and my cart was shown to be empty so I was unable to make the purchase. I finally just used an alternate email to login as a guest and find the same books for similar prices and finally placed the order
Prices are okay, but several recent books I wanted aren't being offered by Alibris for some reason. If you inquire about this you get a canned response that has nothing to do with the question.
