Always able to find what I want, easy navigation of website, clear descriptions of items. Very, very rarely have issues - the few I did were resolved quickly and simply.

Very easy to find what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Difficult to find what I was looking for then difficult to select item. I also wanted to get the other book by Phillis Sheppard but priced too high even though my email suggested I could purchase the book at reduced rate.

I'm happy to find the books I like for a reasonable price from the comfort of home!

Why can't multiple books from the same vendor be shipped together to save shipping?

I started this order July 23 from another shipper under Alibris. Books never arrived. E-mailed the shipper around August12 and this was his response:

Wonderful, I double checked your order, and that is the address that we used in shipping, thank you for confirming!

We are finding that the USPS is still taking a bit longer than expected to deliver items shipped through Business Manifest. These books have been arriving, just later than expected. Do you mind waiting just a little longer?

I don't know who/what Business Manifest is, but I think about a month is about enough time for books to be shipped. They are not coming today, because I get an e-mail from USPS everyday showing what is going to be delivered for that day. I reordered using DISCOVER BOOKS and I will cancel the books ordered from Once Upon A Time Books.

It was really quick to find books & check out. So far- so good.

Had what I wanted for an acceptable price and acceptable condition.

First, only and last purchase ever with these scammers. I'd give negative stars if able to. If the post mis-delivers your package to someone else's mailbox you are out of luck. Incredibly UNHELPFUL, they actually suggested walking around a metropolitan area knocking on random strangers' doors to ask who has your package instead of admitting the post screwed up. They refused a refund because well * someone, somewhere* got it so that's all they can do.
You may as well throw your money away, it'll be less aggravating.
