I am glad Alibris allowed me to buy from a place located in Maryland. Maryland law has explicit protections for women's access to abortion without harsh restrictions.
I do not think I would have bought from any location in Pennsylvania, your alternative state. It's got a governor supportive of abortion rights, but it's difficult to access abortions for many women - because Pennsylvania has got numerous medically unnecessary restrictions. So... since I'm inclined to buy from Alibris, I was pretty lucky in this case that you sell my book from a state that's not hostile to women.
