Lots of talk of coupons but I have never received a viable one, or if I did it's like "spend a 1000 dollars and we'll take off 50 cents lol. I didn't even get the so called 5 dollar coupon for the email sign up. It's all just clickbait. I didn't ask for anything, I just hate liars.

I already had my order to cancel once, and when i went to reorder the price had gone up. Very disappointing.

Excellent experience(s) with Alibris. I hope I"ll be as lucky this time as the last (recently) in receiving my order SOON, FAST. Need it RIGHT AWAY.

I buy a lot from Alibris. I LOVE that the used book prices appear in order. I appreciate that we can get shipping discounts if we purchase from the same seller. I think those shipping discounts could be a little better, but still thankful for them. Easy to fine the books I'm looking for.

Very good, I found the books I was looking for very quickly.

Was very quick in the order, however, when I changed my password, the email gave me a coupon code. When placing the code in, it said that it expired. :(

Was very easy. Hopefully the shipping time will be on the quicker side.

Maybe 10% off shipping next time as a coupon. Also, I don't understand the significance the question about follow-up? Aren't the things you mention 'standard operating procedure' for a purchase?

Easy shopping and a great selection of the item I was looking for, and found, at a much lower price than the mega retailers.

Straightforward processing. Able to buy a hard to find book.

Had to reenter information 3-4 times. Got message that the location was not found when submitting information, rather than returning me to the page with errors or gaps in information. Not a user friendly website.

Most importantly: easy checkout, clear way to subscribe emails or not, and clear way to do guest checkout.

Nice and easy - you have what I need at a fair price. Thank you!

All of my book orders arrived within reasonable time

It's quick, easy, and I like books is fair condition. It feels like I'm getting thoughts from someone else too.

Easy navigation on the website. Love the ease of checkout.
