This was quick and easy to order, easy to navigate the website, decent prices for the books and fair shipping.

Disappointed that I waited a long time for the book to be received and today got a cancellation notice after having received a shipment notice a few days ago. Then the book wasn't available unless I spent a higher price. Also, your coupon system is annoying as I have to jump thru hoops to find out that none of them apply. Also, I signed up with my email to get a discount only to learn that too had a $50 purchase requirement. I couldn't discern that up front and now I cannot find anyway to unsubscribe from your mailing list. Please unsubscribe me and do not share my email. Thank you. PS. Now I cannot even submit this unless I agree to have it published. This is very controlling.
I do not appreciate your policies. Why would you want this review out there anyway?

Easy to accomplish what I was looking for regarding a particular book

The site was very easy to manage and you had my selection, which was surprising!

Great prices on books, but the shipping costs are high and the coupons offered can't be applied to the total cost they are a waste as well.

The possibility of a discount was presented over and over and over - but the instructions never worked, and no discount was ever actually applied. Also, in spite of multiple attempts, I was unable to purchase 2 copies of one book, was repeatedly told it was 'in my cart already'.
