I had difficulty removing a redundant part of my address. Only one "Pittsford" is needed on my USPS address.
The presentation of the page, how it was sequenced, was new and a bit confusing. When I tried to check out it went right to the last address I had sent to, for billing and shipping. Your page has not done that before. It took me a good bit of hunting and pecking to finally get it right. You may want to take a gander at that. I almost gave up.

I liked how I could order books without creating an account, though I didn't like how I had to specify twice that I don't want constant emails in my inbox. Pretty much everybody wants to constantly dump emails in my inbox and I already have to delete massive amounts of them, which I do without reading at this point.

The shipping charge didn't make sense. On the order page it said 4.49, but I was charged 7.98 at checkout. I checked standard shipping, which should have been 4.49. And it was coming from the U.S., not the U.K.
