I had to enter things about 6 times when I corrected an error like putting a period at the end of the state code I was told erroneous things to correct and then after I corrected an continued other elements were erased that then now needed to be corrected. One time the option did not want the country that appeared and then asked for an Abbreviation for the united states that had been given and when I went to type us I could not so the suggestions that were coming back when there was an error were incorrect sometimes. And why just from the start on the form when asked for the state code did you not have the wording below no spaces or periods
I don't like it that I was not offered the option to *not save* my credit card digits.

The experience was user friendly but the prices of the books changed. Also, the books are coming from the same company, there should not be two separate shipping charges.
