I love Alibris and the online experience. Today, I had a concern about buying an eBook as a gift. The FAQ did not explain whether the subsequent email access could simply be forwarded to my Giftee. The "Customer Service" contact form, while good, did not produce a response in over an hour to answer my question. Have purchased anyway.

Like previous orders have been easy and successful and years later the service is still easy and successful. Especially when the order is early and the price is worth the order.

Problems logging into my account. There's no option to see my password as I type it in on my phone. So every time I make a mistake, my only option is to redo my password. It's a big pain.

I like Alibris a LOT. However, i generally choose one place to purchase things, if possible. In order to reduce shipping. I cut my order by more than half today because the shipping costs were so high on the seven or so books i was going to order.

Easy to use website. Searched by author and found several choices. The book rating and location of seller was helpful as could order several books from same store.

The only thing I didn't like was the cost of mailing but that wasn't their fault- cost.if shipping/mailing has gone up.

Quick and easy transaction; no hesitation ordering from in the future.

My order was shipped out right away.
The condition of the used book was as described.
It took a little longer get to me but the delay was at my end here in northern Ontario, Canada.
Snow, ice, rain, snow, wind, and, yes, more snow.

What happened to the 15.95 one? Nice web site easy to navigate.

Alibis is reliable and has a good selection.
I often shop for books here.

Successfully found and ordered the book I wanted. Received the correct book in a timely fashion.

I compared the price and condition of the book I wanted to get from Alibris with 2 other online used/new books websites and found the best price at Alibris.

Excellent, quick. And no code to submit. Cant shop at amazon without code. When code is entered it tells me code is incorrect.

So far it is better than the last one I ordered from Abebooks. They screwed me over on this very same book. They DID NOT SEND the correct book but a completely different one than this one. How does anyone screw up that badly except it is intentionally done? I VERY MUCH like that you send the emails that you do. Abebooks does not have that kind of care. As a matter of fact, they've ignored ALL of my emails and still have not returned the funds as I did not order, "KILLER CHURCH," but, "SUING FOR PEACE." And, I am ashamed to say that I have lost a lot of peace with this as they have angered me a great deal.

Good quality second hand books at good prices. Easy to find what you're looking for as well. I was surprised by their selection.

Multiple vendors result in excessive shipping cost when ordering multiple items.

I would like to figure out more easily how to choose expidited shipping. I am leaving on a trip I will need this book for, but couldn't see how to prioritize expidited shipping. (I saw the truck logo in your answer re expedited shipping, but not in listings.). I finally went with a vendor closest to me, hoping that would work.

My order was sent evidently to an affiliate in Illinois (I had originally chosen one in Maryland, as that location is closer to
My address in Rockland county New York) and it was apparently mailed out to me in the slowest least efficient means possible.
