Easy, quick, and reasonably priced. Book condition was represented as "Fine." I feel sure they will deliver in their promise.

I like Alibris but the check out process should direct me to confirm my shipping address rather than moving me directly to check out. I send books to various people and it can cause a lot of headache if the system simply reverts to my last used shipping address.

The selection process of choosing new titles could be made easier if one was allowed to arrange your list of choices by "published date".

Haven't figured out how to have one item out of an order of eight go to a different address. Hence, I had this single order with the secondary address. Got to be simpler than that. Course, you are dealing with a tech-simpleton.

I love the ability to support smaller businesses, but I did not like how my shopping cart disappeared when I signed in to an account...and then when I tried to find those same books, they did not show up in the search because I think they were trapped in my previous cart.

Google showed me the site and because of paypal.i feel secure of my purchase

I ordered a textbook to find it cancelled and searched it again and it got more expensive and this bothered me. I am looking forward for my refund and my textbook from here. I am only giving y'all a 3 stars and maybe next time it can change.

Had to reorder book because original order was cancelled two days later. I was charged yet did not receive notice that order had been shipped. After I contacted seller to ask why order hadn't shipped, Alibris contacted me to say original order was cancelled. That original order was "like new" but was not available when I ordered replacement copy.

I have tried to order the same book three timers from Alibris sellers. The first try was "lost in the mail," the second, cancelled as "no longer available" by the seller, this is my third try.
