My billing address is the same as my shipping address. I most recently used an old address to order. Alibris has me fill out billing information before shipping information, so I couldn't check "billing address same as shipping" and have it use my new shipping address for billing as well; it kept the old address and I had to fill out my payment information again. If the shipping details came before the billing details in checkout, this wouldn't happen.
Having ordered from Alibris before, when I was looking for a specific title I tried them first. They had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. Their shipping estimate was spot on as well. I'll be shopping with Alibris again!
Your website is kinda clunky and reloads checkout pages at random which loses info I've already entered. I'd also like to be able to search by condition as well as type (i. E. Hardcover, Very Good) in your filters.
The shipping for my last order was twice as much as the cost of items I purchased. I will now be very careful about future orders. If I were your company, I certainly find a more economical way of shipping.

Some booksellers do not provide tracking information. Sometimes it takes a long time to receive orders, even for some booksellers to ship them. One book I ordered was not the edition advertised (US ed. Not UK).

I searched for two specific and unrelated books (crafting and medical issue). I was able to easily find both. Shipping takes a lot more time because I live in a very remote area. Everything arrived safely and in good condition, and I will definitely be using this site again.
Some months ago I changed my password. For this order, I had to use a different email account, because, no matter what steps I took, I was not able to log in using the new password--nor could I access the "forgot password" feature. Tried several times; but Alibris never emailed me the email that would let change my password. Staff was no help at all. Fortunately, there are other providers out there; I will not do business with Alibris again.
