The books I've received as well, as those which I gifted to others, all have arrived as noted in the condition's description, and the mailing arrived in good time with no issues about the packaging.

After a couple of weeks of gliches finally got to make a reasonable purchase for a used book. Unfortunately though the description of the condition of the book wasn't accurate. The back cover is badly bent on the corner so not "very good"

I might have saved a few bucks on my purchase this time, not much, but I think I've saved more in the past. I like that I can pick the format that works for me, and it actually works, unlike some book sites.

I decided to make a 1 year review of embryology since it had been a long time since I last had it in school. I was wowed at the excellent quality of the book and that so much information could be obtained at such a reasonable price.

I ordered 12 books for my father to help complete his "100 Must read" collection. All 12 were just over $94.00 (before shipping). Books were in great condition! Will definitely purchase more going forward!

Book arrived a little later than others ordered at the same time - however the item was in v. good condition and I appreciate the seller's motto that "no book should ever end up in landfill".

I received the wrong title before receiving the correct one. Prices from the same seller fluctuate wildly - one day the price is $1.00, the next day it's $29.00, then it reverts to $1.00 again.
I received an incorrect title on an earlier order as well but was able to find the title on a different site. Given a choice I'd use a different source but Alibris was the only site carrying the out of print titles I wanted. Fortunately their customer service assisted in resolving the problem and I received refunds for the incorrect orders but it was a lot of unnecessary hassle.

For an old book it was in such a great condition and it was carefully packaged. Thank you!

I can often find the book I want at the price I like at Alibris. The service has always been good. They are definitely on the list of options when looking for a book.

I ordered a book my book club was going to read and was notified of its arrival shortly after I ordered it.
However, it did not arrive as scheduled and I feared it had been sent to my former address, although I believe I had corrected the address when I ordered the book. Alibris responded to my notification that the book had not arrived, right away. Three days later the book arrived, and in good condition. I still don't know what happened but I was very pleased that the "business" required to help the transaction was completed by e-mail and with minimum bother on my part. I appreciate that Alibris trusted me throughout the entire process. Janice Shaffer

I was very happy to find this book, which I had been looking for for a long time. It was at a very affordable price and in excellent condition.
I had a concern about the shipping at one point but contacted the seller who put me in touch with Alibris. Both the seller and Alibris reassured me that everything was going as it was supposed to, and that I should get my order within the predicted time frame, which I did.
