Bought a camera slider from Shenzhen Dslrk Technology Co., LTD. on alibaba.com. Placed order 28th of january,"because of the chinese new year holiday"my order was shipped on the 9th of february. Tought, ok, should be fine. Got tracking nr, was told it should be updated after 7-10 working days, there was nothing happening and I contacted seller why nothing is happening with the tracking he gave me another one-the first nr was not the tracking nr. Got the parcel on the 20th of february. Seemed to be fine, the dhl guy left. When I started to put it together I realised there are two wheels missing that hold the belt firm on the motor. I can not use the slider ever since.the seller gave me another tracking nr-he posted the missing part with china mail, tracking was showing movement till 27th of february, all the checkpoint in chinese. I tough it has left the country as after there was no activity, contacted royal mail UK with the tracking nr-they know nothing about the parcel and they asked me to get in touch with the seller and I am CURIOUSLY waiting..

Dissatisfied customer

I ordered a Y1,2009 Nissan Tiida ECU for which an image was displayed. The item I received is an ohm meter tester type device which is an entirely different from what I had ordered.
I sent an email to the company informing them that the item that I received is not the one I had ordered yet to date I have had no response. I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of my transaction and I am still awaiting some redress.
This is a poor way to go about doing business. I still have a car in the garage having waited over a month expecting that I had sourced the part needed to get it started only to discover at this point that I will have to start seeking that part all over again with uncertainty how to go about recovering my money.

This company is a scam! To make a long story short. I was looking to purchase a few jackets. I was told I had to purchase 300 jackets to get a sample. What? After I explain I wasn't going to buy 300 jackets the lady told me I could purchase the sample for $135. I thought something was wrong with the price. I felt like I was getting scammed. While she was explaining the sample price she made a huge mistake. She told me I could get the sample refund after I buy 300 jackets for the total of $5,000+ because the jackets cost $17.2/each. I was needing to buy a very hard to find part for my Toyota truck and Alibaba had it on their web site. I decided to take a chance and buy it. When the part came in, i I found that they send me a counterfeit part. It looked similar and you could tell that the part number was stamped into the part by someone after it was manufactured. They gave me my money back minus the shipping. I think they even knew they part was counterfeit because they told me I did not have to bother returning it.

Just wanted to share with you all my recently experience with Ali Express. Anything you are order form Ali Express is totally waste of money. They offering low rate and sending pure duplicate goods from China be aware. I will suggest Amazon and Flip-cart, Snap-deal are better option for Indians.

Lovely babies is the worst company you can deal with - Moon and Annie. Please run away from this company. Its been a nightmare dealing with this two.

We went through several rounds of rework because they do not know how to sew dresses (Adult and Kids). Sizing was an issue for them so we wasted thousands of dollars.

We wasted so much money buying samples and still they couldn't replicate. You send them email and they do not respond for days. Text messages and no response.

My recommendation is to get them to sign agreement/contract otherwise you may not get your clothes once you pay them their money.

Once they collect money from you, you are in for I don't care attitude. We have gotten our lawyers involved as we speak because we have almost $16,000 in their hands as we speak

I bought oven lost $6000 because of rubbish engineering. Every month, I must change the oven's motor.
I though I faced a bad company. Then, I bought trays. I ever ever ever have seen WORST than worst trays. They adverted trays are non-stick. Trays were the stickiest in the universe.

The comedy just started after I complained the company to Alibaba. They asked picture and evidence of trays. I sent them. They said we are giving you 48 hours you should have to send more pictures and evidence. I sent again. They asked me a more extending deadline. I sent not only more pictures but videos. They asked me more pictures. Can you imagine? They were asking a more and more pictures for a bloody tray. They would have been asking again again over a year if I didn't stop correspondence. I realise They are mafia. They do not want to solute my problem.

I have used serval sites under Alibaba Group for four years. It is like Amazon and eBay. Have good products also have bad products. Alibaba has good platform that I can find many things that USA doesn't have.

Late last year we have approached a seller on Alibaba.com (greatbrother.en.alibaba.com) to inquire sampling and mass production for our business. We approached them because of their Gold Supplier medal advertised on Alibaba.com Long story short, we received the samples 3 weeks after the promised date and the quality was like it was made by a 8yrs old child for their craft workshop. We then made a complaint with Alibaba.com suggesting the seller is only trying to scam our one-off sampling payment and they never intended to work with us with the mass production, so we think we at least deserve a full refund. Alibaba customer service gave us this ridiculous reply saying the sampling stage is for us to review the quality and decide wether or not to go forward. They obviously did not look into our case, we spent 3 hours compiling all the evidence and conversation logs to prove them the seller has a serious issue of lack of response and the samples they delivered was beyond our imagination. We then suspect the Alibaba customer service was on the seller's side (of course they are) and our payment was made through Paypal.com Hence we ended up making a dispute on Paypal.com The seller responded lightly and it took him a week to reply a message. We ended up agreeing on Paypal resolution centre that he will refund us if we return the samples. Yet he gave us a very vague address without company name, building name and postcode (in China, they need postcode to identify districts and such.) We then asked for the address again (even ask them in Chinese). He did not reply as usual, until the case was about to be closed, he still hasn't respond to us. We called him and we successfully reached him, during our conversation. The only thing he said was we have refunded you then hung up. We believed him (how stupid of us) and we gave him a few days to arrange the refund. We emailed him, texted him, contacted him again on Alibaba, no reply. And by that time, our Paypal case has been closed due to the seller REFUSED our case. This is our experience working with seller on Alibaba.com. I am a Chinese national myself, and I am very disappointed with this multi billion company and their corruption within. Please DO NOT USE Alibaba.com to source, I am pretty sure there are good companies/factories out there on Alibaba.com and we had worked with one prior to this bad experience. We are a start-up company, working with that supplier made us delayed our launch for few months due to their non trustworthy behaviour. To avoid this happening to your new company (we understand money and time is very crucial for a start-up), please for god's sake DO NOT USE Alibaba.com

Not an honest company

Aliexpress. This company claims that they will do returns if not happy with the product. Well, it's a lie. I have made several attempts to return my product. I found it very frustrating that when attempting to open a dispute, their system rejected every attempt to upload a jpeg photo. I was able to get a video uploaded, but was told "we do not accept pictures from other websites". I will never order from this company again. Hopefully this will help others that are thinking of using this company.

I paid this company over a month ago for items they promised to deliver by the deadline date. First they missed my deadline, then there's no communication and now a month later still no products and they tell me they haven't traced the funds yet. Last week they told me they did find the funds and will refund me. I'm getting NO joy. DON'T USE this supplier. You'll be out of pocket and out of product.

I bought a touch screen in November and still haven't received it. In January they said I would get a refund. Mid February and still no product or money. Caution, don't buy from here. Allibabba.com are the same people as Alliexpress

This company is a fraud. They entice you with low price. After you pay them, they say they have quoted you the wrong items. Then they increase the price for the so called right items. Then you got stuck. Very rude people. Please stay away.

When you complain to Alibaba with dispute, they pretend they purposely ignored the proof you provided and judge in favor of the Chinese vendor.

Shame on you, Jack Ma!

Got product (photo mats) from Yiwu Haotuo Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd.
That turned out to be very very poor quality (on their site it said hight quality) but couldn't even leave bad review! Because already confirmed that I recieved the items. $400 in a trash. :(( (( No reply from seller, no help from Alibaba "live chat". 2 hours of chatting about nothing and $400 wasted...

Thomafas is a company from India that makes custom clothing.
Very quick to get your money but very slow to make the product.
After missing the deadlines I needed my product for I asked for a refund. They got all upset and refused to give a refund or send the clothing. Very rude company and dishonest. Never do business with Thomafas.

Now when you submit a complaint to Alibaba it seems that a robot named zoe respond to you.
Indeed just a week ago I submitted a complaint and in response I have receive standard sentence like you must show the 1st record communication with the supplier when I have provided; communications, proforma invoice, proof of payment, link of this scammer registered in Alibaba as supplier represented by Mr xiaoyao WEI with a photo of a famous actor Jackie Chan instead his!?
Hereafter the story

I paid the deposit to Mr xiaoyao WEI (WU receipt at your disposal) in order to receive wall spikes (proforma invoice at your disposal) but today the seller did not ship the product... no news
He is registered in your web site

Recently bought a xcmg wheel loader zl50gn from the companyEvangel Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and they shipped me defective "lemon" product with a lot of issues including a faulty alternator, faulty air-condition, etc. This business does not stand by their 1 year warranty. Stay away from them
