Still, the quality of Chinese products seems to have to be improved a lot.
But the Alibaba system is very good.
I'm starting to realize that my experiences on Alibaba are turning out to be better than ebay. Boy have times changed. It may take a while, as in 3 to 6 weeks in cases, but it's always cheaper and legit. Go right to the source, cut out the middleman!
The inspection process conducted by Alibaba's 3rd party is a waste of money since it couldn't perform crucial tests on machine's safety when the production of machine is complete. The inspector and supplier did not coopearte well and did not communicate with each other in the inspection procedures. As a result the test could not proceed, and the inspection company didn't take any responsiblity to amend the issue. The inspection company left everything up to us whether we wanted to take the supplier's products or not. We were at risk in taking the product. Therefire we are not impressed in the spection process at all.

I am most impressed with the service at Ali Baba, with simple search, and effective ordering and purchase from the suppler I used, Shenzen SunGrow. Very quick delivery from China to England, able to monitor the whole process at their website. Tracked delivery by UPS meant a smooth shipment. Highly recommended resource. Great price for this quality of LED set-up.
The platform is perfect to find item of my choice and quality. But the trade assurance fee is quite higher. There may be some "first order discounts". Also, some functionality is not available in app and needs to visit website for the same. The messaging and ordering environment is perfect, some changes may make other things also perfect.
