I have been with Alibaba for quite some years now. Always enjoy shopping here and have referred friends. Some products are better than others but that's an individual risk between suppliers.
Suppliers are always professional. I would suggest being patient as shipment can take some weeks or months depending on how it's shipped, but well worth the wait.
The only downside there's no easy process to contact Alibaba if in need of any assistance. Hoping they can provide a toll-free number or email for when issues arise between a supplier. So basically it's between you and the supplier to negotiate any conflicting issues.
Since 2004 I've only had one minor issue.

It is very good, but how ensure I get the product I order and the correct quality. The alibaba is very easy to find what you are looking for and lot of suppliers sometimes to many. You need to spend to much time say no to supplier in an polite way.
