1. You need to improve the message center, and the most first things are to be able to organize suppliers into folders and get them out of the inbox. Also, we need to be able to delete messages. 2. Turn off the popups or at least give users the ability to turn them off.
If this review was only for Alibaba I would have given only four stars because the message center needs some improvements. But since Nanchang Huayi Pens & Gifts is such a good company I did not want this negatively impacting them.

I had never ordered from Alibaba before but I can tell you it was worth it. The transaction went through flawlessly. Shipping is relatively fast and you are kept informed all the way through the process. Would highly recommend.

It is quiet okay but l think the delay in shipment should be improved. Moreover the price per unit item and that of the quantity to be ordered should be narrowed a bit to enable individual users also to by products that they need to use personally.
