I purchased shoes from a supplier. Heels started breaking, sent pictures from customers to show heels breaking. Alibaba would not refund unless I paid for a $500 quality inspection. Why would I have to pay for a quality inspection if I sent several pictures from different customers showing broken heels?
The information the supplier gave was very helpful they also know what i wanted and it came in the time frame i wanted.
Be patient when shopping on this site. You might purchase from a vendor, but then later find a better deal for the same product/quantity! Some of the shipping costs may discourage a small business investor, but if you're patient enough to click on almost every comparable vendor, you'll find a great deal! I think I found several vendors including free shipping and 50-100 pieces for $14.00. Depends on your budget and what you're really looking for. Many vendors even help you with your labels if you buy enough pieces from them.
