My Seller is cheating me he is asking me to send Balance payment which is just 10% of the total amount. Means i have paid 90% payment of the order.
I ask seller to load the Product photos and he show me wrong photos but still Alibaba is forcing me to send balance money.
I Ask for Refund but Alibaba constantly suggesting me to contact with seller pay his balance as seller is not supporting even not contacting.
How can i send the balance 10% payment. I faced a huge loss. I am losing my trust on Alibaba,
I feel Trade Assurance is the safest way but after having this issue with me, I am gone crazy with this huge loss.

This is my first purchase with alibaba.com and my shopping experience is really awesome. It's messaging portal is very helpful and able to connect the seller quickly and get every details about the product before I order.
The product is shipped quickly and got it with in 2 weeks to USA (Chicago).
The product is selling nearly $200 more here. Shipping is bit more, but if you consider the overall price, it worth it.

From the early on i was intrigued by the possibility of speed and action being in direct contact with suppliers. The more I use Alibaba, the better it gets. Payment solutions has reduced payment transfer time 1 week, and it is instant. Ok the fee could be complain-able, but the time saver make me focus on other business developing than rather checking and chasing when and if the payment has gone through, also leaving most errors behind.
Suppliers that are not still inside Alibaba will have a problem in the future. I have already had to let go several suppliers already due to not having a Alibaba web site or use Alibaba as a communication and payment platform. Keep in mind that I have purchased and traded for 20 Years. Coming from me this is not an understatement. With an ease I get multiple quotes in a breeze.
