Very easy website to shop from and good prices
While the product is ot standing. It took months before the crew was scheduled an arrived to install the carport. Again I am very satisfied with the product an installation was in less than 2 hours. It was the delay in how long from order to arrival that I was not happy with. Given only a months time I would have been waiting till spring before the carport would be installed.
Easy ordering experience. The ordering experience was the best part. The fact it took 9 weeks to receive the carport was disappointing. More disappointing was the lack of communication between assemblers and customer. I was told to expect delivery on the 2nd of September, took off work to meet the assemblers 3 hours away to the site. I missed a day of work and wasted time away from family to meet them there. They never showed up and I never received a phone call advising me they would be late or not show. Very unprofessional. I will not do business with Carolina Carports if I have another option. Nor will I ever recommend them.
However, on a good note, the assemblers came up from Texas and were very courteous once they arrived. They did a good job on the carport.
So if you don't mind waiting a long time or you would not be inconvenienced by cancelations, you might be satisfied with the product Carolina Carports eventually delivers.
Will advise once the missing J trim is installed from the last building we purchased in June 2016.
The process was very good. Easy ordering and very quick installation
Working with Alan's was a good experience. Suzie Robins was very helpful getting information from Carolina Carports. We had a couple of scheduling concerns but it all worked out. The installers are assembling the carport as I type this. Hopefully the install will go smoothly. The final result was excellent. I found only one screw on the ground, that's how well they cleaned the work site. Very happy.
It would be nice to see images (even if cad images) of the size and colors of the carport after I made my choices.
The delivery team was great! They were in and out in very little time. We purchased 2 carports, one for an RV and one to go beside the house. I think it took less than 2 hours and they were done.
The carports themselves are great. We are very happy.
Ordering was easy and the prices seemed competitive. However, I really didn't check local prices beforehand. Delivery and installation time was much longer than I expected for mid summer-- 88 days.
Installation was quick and done well. Overall, I am pleased with the product.

I've had carport for a couple months now. Very pleased with carport and quality but wish I had either ordered a slightly higher one (I got 7' legs) or hadn't closed the front so I could put my suv in it with kayak on the roof. That was my mistake and carport is exactly how I ordered it and looks great

Web site was easy to use. Could explain some of the additions better. A what is this? Took a little long for delivery. The installation guys did a great job. The carport looks great and the quality of the materials is excellent. Very happy with the finished product!
