It was good
Customer service was amazing. I placed order incorrectly online, & when I called about it, was promptly answered and my issue corrected to 100% satisfaction. Delivery was on-time, installers were professional, & I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Alan's again & will happily refer if any friend asks for a recommendation. Five stars on price, delivery, customer service and quality!
After being contacted with delivery time, was caught off guard, wasn't expecting it that soon.
Rushed to get slab poured and dryed in time, but all good. Your workers arrived, and from the time they started to finished it only took 53 minutes. I was very impressed. My only complant would be communications. Only 1 of the three spoke limited english.

Overall I was satisfied with Alan's. I was not satisfied with Carolina Carports who came out to install. Missed the scheduled date and didn't call until 9:15pm to say that they weren't going to be able to make it out and wanted to come back at 6:30am the next morning while my family was still asleep. Said they would come that evening instead and did not show up. Was charged a return trip fee when they did come back about 3 or 4 weeks later. Called me to say my area wasn't level but they could make it work if I purchased 7ft legs and they would cut them down and dig out where needed. When I got home it was not sitting level and is jacked higher on one side. To me, it was a hurry up job and move on to the next one. No personal touch to make it right. Again, Alan's was great, just not satisfied with their install contractor's. If you are uncertain about the area where you are going to have a carport installed, call someone local to have them come out and look at it to tell you ahead of time what you are going to need and explain things to you. It may cost you a few more $ but in the end I believe it would be worth it.

Very nice product
Good website, fairly thorough. I would recommend more close up pictures of the framing and bracing under the carports. I'm pleased with the carport materials and fit and finish.The crew that installed my carport were professional and surprisingly fast and did an excellent job. I may be ordering a 2nd carport soon and hope I get the same installers, they really were that good.

Easy and pleasant overall experience
They scheduled a delivery time quickly but then changed it a few days later. I was not able to be here for the changed time. After this, I had to call several times to set up another delivery date. It took two months.
