Very easy to place order. Customer service was very good.
Quick & efficient process for ordering; some of the products are fairly expensive, but the service was good & installation handled quickly & effectively.
Not the easiset site to navigate - hard to refind measruing chart for heights and to find m wishlist. But I do like the product and personaility that comes through.
Was installed before 60 days! The installation crew were absolutely pure business and very friendly. They cleaned up like they had never been here. Highly recommend Alan's Factory Outlet if you need a carport.

Delivery time is absolutely terrible. I waited 10 1/2 weeks for my carport. My father that only lives 27 miles away got his in 2 1/2. Was supposed to be installed at noon. Didn't arrive till 5pm. Alan's factory outlet have standard responses so don't expect straight answers or a personal touch to questions after you've given your deposit. The price and the installers are the only reason that makes it worth dealing with them. I wish I could cut the middle man ( Alan's factory outlet) out next time!

Installation team was on time, worked quickly and were courteous and answered any questions. Good group. Building meets all Code requirements for my area. Only sour spot was cost of building due to meeting all Code requirements for here in Florida.
I'm very happy with my carport. The work crew had it up in no time, and we began using it right away. I love it!

Need a cost effective alternative for a designated smoking area at an office building. Great choice.
I appreciate the ease of using the website and the customer service that I have received when I called in to ask questions. However, it did take almost the full 8 weeks to get it which put us in colder temperatures to get building insulated in for the winter. Overall quality of the building is alright but the doors are not as strong for security purposes as I would've liked. I will propbably have to replace roll up door with a regular garage door and the side entry door with a steel door.
Great experience last time in 2015. Expecting the same great service this time.

The building is being used to extend our Postal operations in a small rural area. We are very happy with the structure and it is serving it's purpose well. The only drawback I can see is the regular door has a rather high threshold that if you don't remember to step up through the doorway, you could easily trip. For safety reason, we are not using that door and only use the garage door.
