Was very disappointed with the quality and fitting of the products I ordered. Sent all back and although I loved some of the design's I won't shop with them again

I submitted two orders, they processed my payments, and then send me an email stating that I needed to provide them with a photo of my drivers license and photo of my credit card. No merchant should EVER ask to do this! I have contacted my credit card company and also the national fraud center. DO NOT do business with them!

I purchased 6 different items, dresses and blouses. I was so disappointed. The quality is so poor and cheaply made. There was nothing made of cotton, just bad polyester. The craftsmanship was also very poor. There were 3 of the 6 items needed seams redone. Shame on this company. The clothes are cute in the pictures, but do not be fooled. You couldn't even use them as rags. DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a terrible company the goods are not as ordered you cant print the return form so you have to pay for the return post and they dont even give you the correct refund they deduct money from it dont use this company they are rubbish

DO not order anything from Airy Dress. I ordered 12 items which came in two separate packages weeks apart (although I ordered them the same day). There is no way to contact them except by email but when I tried to fill out the form it would not process because they said I never ordered from them. You cannot return anytbing unless THEY provide you with the address depending where you live. You only have 2 weeks to return from when your item arrives. On one of my packages, it said the tracking number could not be found even tbough I received it! There is no phone number to call. I am stuck with almost $80 of clothes I do not want. Shop locally or through Amazon! Impossible to contact. Horrible customer service. BEWARE!

I ordered 4 articles from Airy. Two of them were acceptable. The other two were very disappointing. Defiantly not as shown in photo.
Fabric even appears to be different.
I will not recommend this company to anyone. Not ever.
I I'll be asking for refund on two of the items, for sure.

Don't really care about what they wear wouldn't want these items, and I say items, cuz they aren't real clothes. They don't fit, the fabric is made out of something you would make Gym Shorts out of, no kidding, all the clothes. The t-shirts are not cotton, the dresses aren't lace, the sheer isn't sheer and the buttons aren't even buttons, they are printed on buttons. Don't buy from this company.

Clothing bares no resemblance to what is advertised, cheap horrible copies, sizing not true, I'd be embarrassed to wear this garment even if it fitted. Look carefully at the photos and you will see they are photoshopped. Might be OK for a floor cloth or possibly cleaning the toilet.

Been using site for a little while now and I'm amazingly pleased with all my purchases so far. Sizes have been spot on. I have had some really nice blouses and dresses and delivery is extremely quick and I am now starting to buy gifts for friends to put away for Christmas birthdays etc. So so pleased

Purchased plus sizes, nothing fit. Not true to plus size at all. Only fit my aunt 3 sizes less then myself. Quality of clothing is ok I guess, not over the top. Takes about 3 weeks to arrive.

My wife used my visa to buy. It took a month to get the money back. 1
We paid $ 247 get refunded for $199.
Their paid returns label not accepted in Canada.
We have to pay for shipment
$42 plus we lost the tax money.

This is my 3rd or 4th time purchasing from Airy Cloth. I was doubtful at first, but I am a believer. Many compliments from my customers Facebook wanting to know where I purchased such cute tops... they know where now.
I use a delicates bag and my clothes look great. Follow cleaning directions and you should be fine. I strongly suggest this company.

I don't recommend Airydress at all, it's been a month since I canceled one of my orders, and tried to get a refund and still nothing. All I got are two same pictures of my "refund" one from may and one from last night and still nothing. Only rated it one start because I couldn't submit without a rate! But I rated 0

Don't waste your money buying this site... you ll never get it... never answer your inquiries... sent you to PC FCRP for nothing... all they give you is a track number and when you track they said the delivery was sent.

The pants I got didn't have button holes and the dress was my size except for the back of the dress.

Guys DO NOT TRUST THIS SIGHT! I ORDERED FOR 400.00 DOLLARS TRUSTING IT'S A GOOD DESIGN AND QUALITY BC THE PICTURES LOOKED TRUSTABLE. ALL THE CLOSTHS WERE MADE OF MATERIAL LIKE UMBRELLA Fabric! I TRIED TWO AND WAS CHARGED WITH STATIC LIKE AN ELECTRON... ( there is no other way to describe the material) ONE OUT OF 18 CLOTHS WAS REGULAR MATERIAL THAT'S HALF DECENT EVERYTHING ELSE IS GARBAGE! Whoever running this business you are an absolute scammer, cheat and they try to entice u with the return policy like u can keep them all and we will refund u 50%. The product is made for a penny! This is my experience if anyone had better then u are a super lucky person!

Absolute rubbish customer service. Website impossible to navigate, no tracking of item. Item arrived and very poor quality, as returns are a complex matter, will maybe wear the so called dress as a night dress. Perhaps I may not be able to review? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
