The worst
April 2, 2023

Air Canada has fallen so low, I wish they had a zero star to choose from. I am a frequent flyer and lately every time I book a flight I always get notification for a flight delay and the worst thing is when they just decided to rebook my flight for 2 days from the original dates, they DO NOT care about anyone plan, what you paid for and any hotel reservation that you will lose the money for. And the call center agent yelling at me on the phone for being mad. I will find another airline that is more reliable to fly from now on. Air Canada you suck, you stink. I guess that is what happen with big company like that, they do not care, take it or leave it, they already have your money they will not refund and there is nothing you can do about it.

Lost my walker
January 13, 2023

The customer service staff of Air Canada contacted me two weeks ago to inquire about the value of the walker that I purchased, and they asked me for an invoice for the price. I told them that I bought it online and I do not have an invoice for the price. I asked them to apply the company's policy in the event of losing any of the belongings, and I did not receive any response from them. Even though I have been in contact with them since my return from Milan on the 28th of August

It is amazing that Air Canada like most airlines are crying for business. Just before I left Colombia, I ended with Omnicron so I had to change my flight. I couldn't believe that AirCanada almost doubled my cost for a just a return flight. So they don't help but hinder people. On top of rescheduling and almost paying the full price of a return ticket, Air Canada screwed up didn't notify LATAM of the ticket change and they wouldn't give me my ticket. The sad fact is that I had confirmed the flight and showed them my itinary but that still wasn't good enough. LATAM'S help desk was useless. It wasn't until 4 other passanger's were booked on the same flight in the same situation did they react. So not only did I almost pay twice as much for a return ticket I also had to fight to get on my plane.
