The process was easy and was delivered very quickly. Having the option to check to not be charged tax (since we are a non-profit) made it easy to checkout and then we received a message with directions to submit the Non-Tax Certs. It was very simple and didn't have to wait on the order for all of the Non-tax stuff to be submitted.

First time on your site. Wished product info indicated how many of item/batteries were included in refresh pack. Subdued lettering usually means you can't fill in a blank, so kind of confusing. Also, did not have any "info" hovering to know what are psswd requirements.
Also, Upon arrival of the refresh pack, there was no instructions for replacing the batteries and what "button" to push to make sure the unit was reset (nor is the button on the equipment marked). I tried pressing the only known buttons 3 times before calling the technical support line for help. Though they were able to easily tell me what to press, it would have been better to have the instructions included with the order.
