Hello, I purchased three of the "AED Refresh kits", and was VERY excited that I was able to purchase those required items, in a nice kit that ranged from "basic to complete". My only complaint was the pricing and short expiration times on the coupons. We are solely funded by grants and donations made from individuals that have the same passion our foundation has...the passion to serve those who are in need of safety and rest from Domestic Violence, and also Justice and Closure from those who have been Sexually Assaulted. We serve 4 counties other than our own, at absolutely no cost to the victims. Since saving money in ANY amount, plays a HUGE difference in the amount of clients we can serve, I was hugely disappointed that we were unable to save money on such a large purchase, on items we were required by law to have. I was contacted VERY quickly, stating that a coupon was placed on my order, and that they (AED Store) was happy to do it. I was elated! I rarely leave any feedback, but your customer service ROCKS! I will continue to use you for all my future AED supplies, simply because you took the time to be human and understanding of the situation. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
