I'm not one to write reviews, this is the first one ever. I bought a Dometic AC unit from them and the shell arrived cracked and broken. I emailed them many and because I didn't open the box within three days of receiving it they wouldn't do anything to help. I will never purchase anything from them again. The worst customer service I have ever experanced. Seems like they will make up any excuse to get out of help with returns or replacement parts. The worse business I have ever felt with. I hope to save one person from the headache.
Your site is set up so I could find A/C unit I wanted and related parts needed for install. Well organized cart and check out with shipping info. The product description did not indicate the A/C gasket is included with the A/C unit, so I ordered a gasket that I do not need. Adventurerv told me they could not change the order. Other than that I am satisfied. The A/C unit arrived in a box that had been damaged, but the unit was ok.
I rebuilt an old camper so i ordered a lot of parts from a lot of places. Yours was the the slowest shipping I've ever had. Hey guys theres to many other places out there selling the same stuff to mess around with poor shipping carrier. I placed my order on 8-25-17 and received it on 9-6-17. Im sure you tried your best but this guy is going to keep buying from your competitors.
The unit I purchased does not kick in until voltage is way below advertised specs. But after looking at their return policy it is not worth the hassle of return. 15% restocking fee! On non defective items...yet they want to repair of return? We pay return postage.
What if I just hate the item? Not for me? I purchased by mistake? Restocking fee? Go pound salt! Give me a break...I will never shop here again. Amazon it is from here on. They know how to treat customers. I should have known better.
I ordered a part with plenty of time before I needed it. I received confirmation email with no order #. I called customer service number after 2 weeks and recording said the number no longer worked; use chat or email. I tried chat and was informed I had to go through the email link to get any information about what happened to order. Obviously, I won't be back and will be submitting credit card dispute to get a refund.
None at this time.
