I did NOT receive the product I ordered. I have opened a case through Paypal to resolve this situation. I will not be ordering from this company again.
The item I ordered was NOT what they sent me. When I contacted adventurerv, they replied "Please advise the item ordered is on back order for 6 months. We have subbed the item out with the same product just different brand. Please advise if you would like to return the items."
I responded that the product I received was NOT the same product, in fact the ingredients were completely different, and that I wanted to return the item. Their response was "Thank you for your recent order. We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. The product must be unused and in it's original packaging to be returned. The following RMA# ******* should be written on the return label and returned within 5 days. Once the product is received and inspected a refund will be issued as per our return policy found on our website http://www.adventurerv.net/shipping.php. Please allow 10 - 21 business days after inspection for a refund. Please send returns to the address below via FedEx or UPS. Be sure to insure your return package, if the value of the product is over $100. If your product comes back to us damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We cannot issue refunds on damaged returns. E-mail communication ensures prompt service.

My response: "According to your return policy, my shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be charging me a 15% restocking fee. YOU sent me something I DID NOT ORDER!
This was NOT MY ERROR! I should have a full refund including shipping and insurance."
Their response: "As advised the item ordered is on a 6 month back order currently, and our thought is it could be going to be discontinued possibly. Would you still like to return this item? If so please advise we will waive the 15% restocking fee and refund for the shipping costs, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us."
Why should I have to pay shipping cost back to them on an item I did not order?
I will never do business with this company again. BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS!
